Reservations

Please call to reserve your appointments in advance. A credit card is required for advance bookings. In order to get your preferred time, we recommend that you pre-book your next service prior to leaving the salon.

Peaceful Retreat

All of our guests enjoy and expect a peaceful atmosphere during their visit. Please help contribute to this atmosphere by silencing all cell phones and pagers while in the spa area.

Cancellations/No Shows

Our salon and spa professionals are in great demand, so please be respectful of their time by honoring your commitment to be here. We require 24 hours notice for appointment cancellation, otherwise 50 percent of treatment fee will be charged to your account.

Late Arrivals

All spa appointments are designed to allow the appropriate time to provide the fullest benefits to you. Your late arrival will limit our ability to offer you our most effective and enjoyable service.

Gratuity

Rates do not include gratuity. If you wish to leave a gratuity, 10% to 20% is customary. Our staff truly appreciates your thanking them in this way.

Etiquette

As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that you respect these policies while in the spa:

Please maintain a considerate volume level of conversation.
Please turn off all cell phones and pagers
Proper attire is required in the spa at all times. Towels and robes are provided.
Please secure all valuables, as we cannot be responsible for any lost or stolen items

Payment

We accept cash, Visa & MasterCard as well as debit cards. Packages and services reservations require a credit card upon booking.

Gift Certificates

Gift cards are available in any denomination and may be redeemed for services or retail products. Gift cards and spa packages are non-refundable and must be used within one year of issue date.

We are pleased to accommodate your special occasions and larger groups. Please call for arrangements
